Comments:

I believe plans could be improved — engineered-

I would like to see bus stop on Meadowood & Ashling moved to the Meadowood store  because of safety

When a school is built the gym can be used as a community center

The old Island Highway is getting Dangerous to drive & to get access to the traffic should be on the freeway.

A strong association

Has anyone contacted XXXXXXXX to discuss possible financial/material contribution to the highway access and or the walking trails

You all knew when you bought your property that there is no access to Highway 19 live with it and don’t affect peoples property or lives.

Support highway access only if it does not hurt or disrupt  even 1 family have Corcan Road safety issues  addressed first

The interest should be based on the whole community and not only those interested in financial gain

Make a 5-7 year project to reduce the power outages by removing trees near the power lines OR putting Hydro lines underground ask hydro to bury lines when water and services are brought in to new areas.

*we have concerns about the proximity to the high tension power lines *

Walking /bike path along Meadowood and corcan would certainly address a significant number of safety issues

I would like to thank all of our members for  there tremendous support by coming to the AGM and letting our elected officials and bureaucrats know of the tremendous grass roots movement that is the Corcan meadowood resident association. A meeting of this sort with a 100 person turnout is a large meeting.  I will be posting membership forms for those of you who had other commitments or plans and could not make the AGM(forms will also be available at the Meadowood store) we are looking forward to your new or renewed membership and ideas, support and participation this year.
